UK Delivery

We currently deliver to addresses in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

Our available delivery options are:

Royal Mail Tracked 48 — £3.65
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £6.99
Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Dispatch

Orders will be carefully packaged and dispatched to the delivery address provided with your order.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.

Higher-Value Watches

For higher-value watches, we may use a different tracked, signed-for or appropriately insured delivery service where we consider this necessary for the safe delivery of your order. This will not result in an additional delivery charge after your order has been placed unless agreed with you.

Delivery Responsibility

Where we arrange delivery, your order remains at our risk until it is delivered into your physical possession or to a person identified by you to receive it.

Please contact us promptly if your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe so that we can investigate the delivery.

International Delivery

We do not currently offer international delivery through our website. This may change in the future.
