Returns and Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you buy from us online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, please contact us at contact@allkindsofwatches.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. After notifying us, you must return the item within 14 days.

Change-of-mind returns

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the item. We recommend using a tracked and appropriately insured postal service, as the item remains your responsibility until it is returned to us.

You may inspect the watch as you reasonably would in a shop. Please return it with all items supplied with it, including any box, papers, spare links, straps or accessories where applicable.

If an item has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, and this has reduced its value, we may make an appropriate deduction from the refund as permitted by law.

Faulty, damaged or incorrectly described items

Please contact us if your watch arrives damaged, faulty or materially different from its description so that we can resolve the issue.
Watches sold specifically as non-working, spares or repair, project watches, or with particular faults clearly disclosed in the product description are sold with those stated conditions taken into account. This does not affect your statutory rights if the item is otherwise not as described.

Vintage and pre-owned watches

Many of our watches are vintage or pre-owned and may show signs of age, wear or previous use. We aim to describe and photograph each watch accurately. Please review the photographs and description carefully before purchasing.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, descriptions of the condition, accuracy, water resistance, service history and functionality of a watch apply as stated in the individual product listing.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and process any refund due. Refunds will be made to your original payment method.
For eligible cancellations, we will also refund the original standard delivery charge. If you chose a more expensive delivery service, we are only required to refund an amount equivalent to our standard delivery charge.
We will issue the refund within the time required by applicable consumer law. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
